Back in the office today after an amazing week at the Integrated Systems Europe (ISE) exhibition in Barcelona!
The audio visual industry never fails to amaze me, and this experience has truly reinforced its remarkable nature. Despite the long exhibiting days, every moment was worthwhile!
Connecting with both familiar faces and new contacts was fantastic. Getting up close and personal with the best technology in the industry and engaging in insightful conversations with industry leaders were definite highlights for me.
The friendliness and enthusiasm of the staff at various company stands, including Control4, Lutron Electronics, KNX Association and Crestron Electronics, made the experience even more memorable. It was also enlightening to chat with the CEDIA team and witness the industry’s evolution.
I even took the time to attend a talk by Kyriacos Androu of Electricus Audio Visual and Benjamin Pratt of B Electrical London, which added a valuable dimension to my experience, proving that even as a Recruiter, there’s always something to gain.
The weather was good, the food was good, and I’m eagerly anticipating reconnecting with everyone. Looking forward to next year’s exhibition already!
